Push in the clutch the car will shut off

Since you replaced the aforementioned components, my first suspect is an engine vacuum leak. Here is a link that shows how that is done:

Start with that and let me know the results.

Okay, I'll give it a look. I've also replaced the PCV valve, and I've replaced all of the valve cover vacuum lines. Also you think it could possibly be a bad clutch switch? I'll keep you posted. Thank you

The clutch switch is only utilized for starting purpose. It won't cause a stall.

So I've checked out the vacuum lines and so far everything checks out. But there is something else I found. There was a small clamp on the fuel line right before the fuel rail. Does the stock 420a for the 1995 Eagle Talon come with a fuel pressure regulator? I'm going to get a pressure gauge for the fuel rail and see what its putting out.

Yes it does have one. It should be on the fuel rail and have a vacuum hose going to it. Here is a link that shows in general how to check pressure and the regulator:
