i have a 1985 feiro gt v6 4 speed with 21600 miles on it. it has been sitting for about 7 months, it ran fine when i parked for the winter. now to get it to go i put it into gear and release the clutch but it wont move. I need to get the RPMs up to about 4000 befor it will move. is this the clutch?

yes that does sound like the clutch.

is the fork moving ok??

I not sure what you mean by the fork? it shifts just fine.
