Cluster will not work only my fuel gauge comes on but no tac or speedo

My cluster will not work I only have the fuel gauge nothing else. I did the cluster reset and it brought up the following SOF 4.1 E code 100.3 100.4 100.5 100.6 100.7 and 400.1 I'm at a total loss on this please any help would be greatfull.

have it scanned as this seem s like a bus problem wher eno power Is getting to cluster.
