Bought the car been setting 4 approximately 2 years. No Heating no air conditioning no defroster no blower nothing. Need fuse box and relay box diagram. Is there anyway to check the relays out of the car? I bought the repair manual but the relay box diagram is not in it. Please help thank you

There is no way for the heater to work if the blower is not working, here is a guide and a diagram to help you.
