I need to ask you this. When do you command heat, which side is working correctly? That will help determine which blend door motor is not working correctly.

I attached the procedure for replacing them. The right side is easy, but the driver's side requires the removal of the dashboard to access.
As far as the blower speed is concerned, there is a blower module under the right side of the dash. I attached the procedure for you for that as well.
