Had trouble with the blend door actuator and replaced it. Was turning the temperature up on the climate control and heard a small pop like a fuse blew. Climate control quit working front and rear. Replaced climate control panel and fuses associated with climate control. Still nothing. The climate control will not turn at all front or rear and the outside temperature gauge shows --- .

Good afternoon,

Did the replacement fuse fail as well?

If it did, disconnect the actuator you installed and see if the fuse still fails.

The fuse never failed. That's why I have no clue what happened.

What fuse did you replace? Which fuse block?

I attached a wiring diagram of the control unit.

Do you have automatic climate control?

Everytime we start our car the heating starts at 89 degrees. Even if we set it at 60 degrees it goes back to 89 degrees when we restart the car. The switch to lower or raise the temperature also gives us difficulty. It doesn't move the temperature down. It always wants to go back to the 89 degrees. Do you have any suggestions on what or how to fix the problem?

The heater control panel may have a internal problem, only way to fix it is to replace the heater control panel. Here are the instructions on how to replace the panel in the diagrams below. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
