Climate control

That is either a bad mode door actuator or bad HVAC control head.
The actuator is a common failure, it is easy to replace. Basically you remove the isolator panel above your feet on the drivers side (it's the panel that hides the stuff behind and under the dash on the left in the picture) it is held on with a simple push fastener.

Now look up and to your right and you will see the mode door actuator (other picture)and its wiring. Disconnect the wire connector (it will probably have a red lock tab that has to be pulled out so it will release) then remove the screws, install the new one in reverse of the removal process.

Okay thank you. I have replaced one already and it did not fix it, do I need to replace both actuators? Or do they need to be calibrated in order to reset them via computer?

Which one did you replace? There are three, one is for the temperature, one is the mode control and the other opens the re-circulation door.
The temperature one is located on the same side as the mode actuator and below it. The re-circulation one is behind the glove compartment.

The mode actuator is way up at the top of the case.
Once installed they will self calibrate the first time you start the engine and turn on the heat/AC.
If you wanted to try to re-calibrate them, disconnect the negative battery terminal, let the car set for about ten minutes and re-connect it. Now turn the heater controls all off/low. Start the engine and turn the controls full on. Done.
