Turn signals not working

Hello, where is the blinker relay and the blinker unit? I no longer have the blinker and warning. I changed the fuses the blinker went out immediately, so, it's not the fuses. Could you help me? The car listed above has a 2.5 cdi.

Just to be clear, are any of the turn signal bulbs working or is it just the indicator in the cluster that is not working?

The relay for this is on the left side of the dash.

However, I am attaching the wiring diagram which will show that the relay would be the likely cause if the indicators and the turn signals are not working.
