Clicking noise after replacing fuel pump

I just changed fuel pump. Hooked up battery now I have a clicking noise from dash with out the key in the ignition. Turn key and car will not turn over or do nothing.

Good afternoon,

This sounds like low voltage from a low battery.

I would charge the battery until you have 12.6 volts and then try it again.
