Clanking noise when accelerating and turning

This could be a number of things. Does this happen when turning either direction or only one? Also, can you hear it from both sides? Can you get a recording of the noise because that can help us identify it.

Do you feel it in the steering wheel or do you feel it anywhere?

Based on this information, I suspect this issue is the axle shafts but again this additional information will help.
