My cars rear wheel is catching against the inside of the wheel arch. We know its not the wheel bearings what else could it be please

Hi there,
I would be having the rear suspension checked as this is really the only thing that can cause the body to drag so low as to cause the wheel to rum on the inner guard, check this out first.
