1999 Citroen C1 bolting seats down

hi there i have a 1.1 saxo and the problem is that the front seat has a loose bolt that wont tighten up ,
it feels like the nut that is inside the hollow section has dropped (think there usualy tacked on )
is there any way i can get this seat fastend down ?
