Engine Mechanical problem

ive got a citreon saxo vtr but its not letting any petrol through, ive had the relay changed iand it stil got the same problem and took the fuel pump off from the engine tryed 2 start it n no petrol is coming out so dno what it could be now!!
any idea's?
