Speedometer, dash, rear tail light, number plate lights not working. What could be causing this?

Quick question.. The first model year for a Lancer in our databases is 2002. You say yours is a 2000? Also, Have you checked the fuses? I have attached a tutorial show how to check your fuses. Hope this helps and get back to us when you can. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
