1998 Dodge Caravan 106,000 miles. Van makes a groaning noise that I can also feel when I turn. It is worse when I make right hand turns. Car makes the noise but I can't "feel" it when I make a right hand turn. But when I turn left the emergency brake light comes on until I finish the turn. Then it goes back off. What is the problem? Is it connected to the brakes at all?
