Code P1391

1998 Plymouth Voyager. intermittent problem, replaced cam and crank sensor, coil, plugs, wires, fuel filter, EGR valve and solenoid, went through wiring under battery and everything looks good but still cuts out and gives code p1391.
Please help!

If you have changed both sensors you will need to track down the wires. I will email the wires to test and the procedures. This will only tell if wires are bad, not the sensors:

I had a similar problem to an earlier post with respect to intermittent stall on my 1996 grand voyager. Before I had a chance to get my OBDII reader, the van would stall maybe five times per trip, and idle slightly rough at a stoplight. I thought it might be some water in the gas, and added some gas treatment. It helped a bit, brought it down to two stalls per trip. I finally got the OBDII reader online, and it came up with a P1391. I just replaced the cam and crank sensors, and now it will not start. Turns over, nothing on the reader. Any thoughts? Is it that difficult to put in a sensor?
