I have a 2000 Chrysler Voyager 2.4 and it has been running very sluggishly. When you go to take off from a stop it just doesn't accelerate. When you put the throttle all the way to the floor the speedometer should be reading like 70 and won't go over 35 or 40 most times. It will go to those speeds but it takes a really long time and as soon as you stop or slow down it does it all over. We recently put new spark plugs and seals on it. The O2 sensors are unplugged because the one clip is broken. We have been told that has nothing to do with it. Could it be the spark plug wires or the EGR valve. What do you think. Please Help
