1996 Chrysler Van stuck brake

havent driven van in 6 months..the left rear tire wont move.. think brake is stuck..what would cause this problem? will it be easy step to get this undone??

The shoes lock the drum up. Usually because of the parking brake cable getting stuck. Absolutely get it fixed.
Pain job to get it off sometimes, the cable, shoes and all else may be expensive but it depends on how much your losing by not having a van. With 140,000 miles it happens. From not using it all the time. Happens to me also. Good luck Joe
