won't go into park???

Hello I have a Town and Country 96 lxi 3.8ltr engine, I have had the transmission relplaced about 6mths ago, and all of a sudden it wont go into park, I can shift everything else, fine, but when i go into park she will roll, what can this be? can it be the transmission? or something else? Please Help

can you acctually shift into park? if not does it feel like it can't go any farther? when you try to shift is it stiff or does it shift like normal?
