Small Red dot dash light in the driver info center??? Why

I have a 2001 Town & country with the 3.3 engine, and a red dot is luminated in the driver info center. Just a red dot, no info is given for this in the manual. What is it, what does it mean??

I also have a 2001 Chrysler T&C with the 3.8, and the red dot light on the dash is the security light, usually, if working properly, it will blink a few times when the door is first locked, showing that the security system is working properly, just like the alarm light in the earlier years.

Try Resetting the security system be following this guide.
