Intermittently, the radio, dvd player, power outlets, windshield wipers and automatic windows will just, out of the blue, shut down. If we stop, turn off the van, it all turns back on (except the engine :) so we're stuck wherever we are until it starts working again. Dealer replaced the ignition switch and said it was fixed but...2 wks later...the problem is still here (we've only driven it a couple hundred miles since the last "repair"). Dealer turned key towards dash (while on) and was able to make this situation repeat itself and said that this is how we could be sure it was the ignition switch but I'm starting to doubt that. Any suggestions?

Hi,There Are a Few Things that Could Cause this, One a problem with the Body control Module, Two A Bad ground ,Three Bad Connections At the main Fuse Box.These things can be checked By the Dealer .If your not happy with That dealer, Take It to another Chrysler Dealer And tell them your story ,And what was done so far to fix it.

Hope This Helps You,
Good Luck
