2006 Chrysler Town and Country Automatic

my right side mirror 06 chrysler town and country van got taken off by another car i need to know how and what i will need to repair it i already ordered a new mirror i jus need to know how to fix it and what tools i will need

Hello - I believe this is the information you are requesting........... Side View Mirror Notes SIDE VIEW MIRROR REMOVAL Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, lift up the end of the instrument panel top pad enough to gain access to the mirror electrical connector, if equipped. Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.

Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the trim cover (Fig. 23). Remove the bolts. Remove the mirror from the pillar. INSTALLATION

Route the mirror wire harness, if equipped, through the a-pillar and place side view mirror in position on vehicle (Fig. 24). Install the bolts and tighten to 10 N.m (85 in.lbs.) . Install the mirror trim cover. Connect the electrical connector, if equipped. Install the instrument panel top cover, if equipped with the electric mirror.

Also, it looks like you may have some recalls on your vehicle. The dealer may fix these for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on these to see if they apply to you.
