2005 Chrysler Town and Country Identifying the proper fuse

One of your answers concerning non-functioning auto locks has pointed me to check fuses. When I remove the lid to the fuse box I am confused on A) which fuse to check for replacement. The closest I find is 40A Power Lift Gate or Power Slide Door. I dont not find any for Power Locks. And, B) how do remove the fuse? I tried pulling it up and it's in tight. Do I open the clear cap on the top and remove the fuse that way? Please help me! Thank you!

No idea on the 1st question but to answer the 2nd question
you can use a volt meter and or a test light
check the fuses by checking if you have power on one side you should have power at the other side if not than the fuse is bad if to use a test light clip the one side of the tester to a good ground and touch the fuse with the other end if lights up on one side it should do so on the other if not fuse is bad
