Cabin air filter

Six cylinder two wheel drive automatic.

I cannot locate the filter. According to the owner's manual, it is under the dash on the passenger side and does not require any tools, just slide the lock back, remove the access door and pull out filter. But I cannot find it. Perhaps you could provide a picture. Van is an LX model. Thank you!

Please note that the cabin air filter only comes equipped on vehicles with automatic temperature control and it was an option so some have it and some do not.

Thanks. If my model 2005 Town and Country does not have a cabin air filter, what can I do to improve the air quality for my vehicle interior?

Hello, I am Danny.
Just a suggestion. It can help if you spray Lysol brand disinfectant spray into the Cowl Vents once in awhile. Those are the vents located under the front windshield between the windshield wipers. You might have to get access by opening the hood up (not sure) Those vents are what supply incoming air into the heater-A/C system. Note: If your Town and Country has the three zone temperature system it has a cabin air filter. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello again.

The easiest way is to run the VIN (vehicle identification number) number at a Chrysler dealer.
I can if you like, Just need the number.
