I have a 2004 Chy T&C, 3.8 liter. I had a bad sensor #1, I replaced both sensors. I still have a couple of codes. The heater circuit is high on both sensors. From what i have read, this is related to a blown fuse. I pulled every fuse under the hood and they all look good. I have not been able to locate any other fuse blocks.

1. Is this a fuse issue?

2. Where would the fuse be?

3. Any other thoughts would be appreciated

Heater circuit. Exactly what does the code say? They are heated for faster closed loop starting point. If they warm up and get hot normally, it is too long and the emmisions are too much for too long. With key on and both unplugged the heater circuit has 12 volts and a ground.
that is how they are checked, cold. So if these circuits are ok, the o2 sensor has failed. No voltage could be a missed fuse or open circuit. Ok if you need any help let me know.

I found the new O2 sensor to have an open heater circuit. It was getting 12 volts from the computer, and the ground conection is good. I bought a new O2 sensor from the dealership and took the bad "new" sensor back to the auto parts. That cleared the code and the van is running better. Thanks for the help.

Good. They get A circuit."A" is always charging voltage. 12.6 volts off, and 13.8-14.9 volts on.A141 is for feeding quite a few circuits and it is from a relay that would take out the fuel pump so
it comes from shutdown relay(fused 20 amp) in shutdown relay circuit. So it was the sensor. Do you know how many new new parts I have changed? It is really something cause I just bought one myself for my mom's 90 shadow, at an Auto parts store. They are usually good so there is a batch of them going around the country and everyone is dealing with this. With so much unemployment. ok
