2003 Chrysler Town and Country Electrical Cable Passenger S

I am trying to replace the passenger side view mirror on my Town and Country. I was able to get the mirror unbolted from the body, but I cannot figure out how to disconnect the electrical cable (mirror heater and adjustment controls) from under the dash. I am hoping the answer does not involve dismantling the dash. Please provide any advise on how to disconnect. Thanks
