I have a 2001 T&C Limited AWD 3.8l with 90K miles. The van started shuddering and making noise when turning at low speeds. The repair shop said it was the power steering pump and replaced it. Did not solve problem and they replaced the rack. 6 months later the problem was back. Shop replace pump and rack and now can't figure the problem out. Any ideas on what is causing the problem????
