2001 Chrysler Town and Country problem with front blower

having problem with the front blower motor first it started by only working on high for a month or so but know it won't work at all. the fuse and relay is good. that should i do next. how do i access the blower motor ?

its just forward under the glove box
and no need to remove the dash at all
