2001 Chrysler Town and Country CD changer will not play CDs

The CD changer will not play CDs. It loads CDs, it ejects CDs but will not play. The radio was just changed thinking is was the radio. Check the harness between the radio and CD player. No opens were found.

You may have to go back to the dealership to have the laser reader in the CD player re-set.
