On my 2001 Chrysler Town and Country (130,000 mi, V6), both blower fans (front and rear) for the Heat and Air only work on high. The rear fan being on auto or manual makes no difference either. What is odd is that the problem began with both at the same time. They have separate relays in fuse box, so I am assuming the problem is elsewhere.
