My daughter's T&C minivan does not seem to brake/slow properly when I really lean, I mean REALLY LEAN, on the brakes.
The way the factory repair manual reads if the proportioning valve failure the rear ABS will be "too" quick to kick in.
In this case I find it impossible to get the ABS to activate at all on dry asphalt and unusually difficult on wet asphalt. And I admit that I cannot really tell if it's the rear ABS that activates first or the front.
Is there any history of the Chrysler minivan (AWD, FIXED) proportioning valves failing at an inordinate level/rate..??
