My heater fan was making a noise like something hitting the fan. It would work one day and not the next. I had the windshield replaced a few yrs. ago. The fan yesterday was runniung OK then it started making the noise again. It sounds like something is stuck in there. How do I get to the heater motor/fan to clear it?

The blower motor is inside a cover. The is nothing that could have been stuck in it. If you hear any noise, chances are the bearing in the motor is defective, and the entire should be replaced.
