My heater blower works intermittently. Instrument cluster was replaced in Nov 2008. It worked perfectly prior to the instrument cluster being replaced. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this issue........Thanks

Hello, you might do some testing at the blower relay in the power distribution center, under the hood, you can check for hot circuits, with everything turned on.
