Engine Performance problem
1997 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 134K miles

On a 1997 minivan the check engine light is on. The MIL indicated coe12 & 31. For code 31, I replaced new leak detector pump and the duty cycle solenoid.
And I used air to clean the canter vent hose and the filter hose. Now the scan tool indicates the solenoid line is blocked . But I still have a vacume after ths worm. Waht is my prblem.
