Its not gonna be easy-work with me okay check the amount of voltage on the fuel pump connector dark green and white wire -record it -what your doing is checking for voltage drop. also I want you to power the fuel pump connector dark green and white wire direct from the battery positive and observe the function of the fuel pump

there seems to be no voltage drop at all pump runs good. when tested directly... im looking at a wiring diagram and its seem that theres 3 cavs on this plug one is dg/wt which is the fuel pump relay output then theres db which is fuel pump sending unit signal and theres bk which is ground. theres also a ground strap that goes from the tank to the chasis on the vehicle. so what do we do next..

Have you attempt checking the fuel pressure? What about the amount of voltage at the fuel pump connector coming from the fuel pump relay dark green and white Here's your electrical diagram on the pump circuit, if unable to read send me your email addy.
