1996 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive

The ignition fuse pops when you shift into drive in my 1996 town and country what would cause this?

What is the amp rating of the fuse? Is it under the hood?

10 amp it is under the dash

My thought would to check the trans range sensor/ park neutral switch.
