1996 Chrysler Town and Country 6 cyl

I have replaced the fuel filter and the fuel pump ,it will start and run for 5 sec. then die

Do you have a security light on or flashing when this happens?

there is a alarm set light that comes on when you turn the ignition on to start

Yes, it appears you are having a problem with the immobilizer system. It will require a factory scan tool to be able to diagnose that properly. If you have a different key, try that.
