Jacobandnickolas is right, but there's a 15mm nut on the back side of the mounting plate, kind of behind the power steering pump. Crawl under the van, behind the cross member and reach up to find it. You might have to do it by feel. Also, there isn't much room to swing a box wrench so if the wrench is butted up against something and you can't turn it further, you might need two different wrenches from two different manufacturers. I had a Craftsman and I borrowed a Snapon. The position of the teeth was just different enough that when one wrench was turned as far as possible, the second wrench would turn the nut a little further so the first wrench could get another bite. Sockets usually didn't work well due to the confined space.
Be sure there is no dirt or debris on the mating surfaces when you put the new tensioner on. As little as 1/16" misalignment on the pulley can cause a belt squeal.
