Fan Switch Resistor Assy - WHERE IS IT??

Hi! I have a 1998 Chrysler Sebring Convertible - love the car, but it is a difficult car to work on to say the least!! The fan switch only works at full blast - The dealer sold me the resistor assy for it, which should solve the problem, and told me it is located somewhere above the glove compartment - I have taken that apart, and cannot locate it - Also removed the radio and disassembled the heater/fan module from under the radio to see if I could find it... Not in sight. I hope someone can help me and tell me exactly where that thing is.

hey michael
the resistor is under the glove box , you almost have to get on the floor on your back and look at the lower panels like your looking for waldo but it is there mounted to the kick panels look for the two screws mounted close like on your new resistor, sometimes you have to pull the carpet back too
