2005 Chrysler Sebring Squeeky spring sound

2005 Chrysler Sebring Automatic 54000 miles

Hi! Everytime I go over a speed bump i get a sound from the back that sounds like a very squeeky spring. It's getting worse and even happens with very minor bumps. What do you think needs to be repaired and what would be a reasonable price for repair?

If I had to guess, I would say the rear sway bar bushings are dry. Try spraying them with something like WD 40 to see if that changes the noise.

If that is the problem, I would think around 150.00 should do the job, but that can change based on where you live.
