2005 Chrysler Sebring Idling in pary at 2000rpm

I started out having son to do tune up. Replaced spark plugs, wires, gaskets etc. Noticed a small oil leak so replaced valve cover gaskets. Car was idling at 1500 rpms and I could not get adjusted. Took to dealer and they adjusted a screw in the carb. The car then would not start or when start would stall. Dealer said I need to replace AIS (IAC) motor. I replaced and now car idels at 2600 rpms. Dealer doesn't know how to fix. suggested I clean IAC. Said adjusted all the way out. What are my next steps? Is it the TPS sensor? Throttle body? Throttle cable? I can't detect any vaccuumn leaks.
Perplexed. I am a dumbwoman that needs her car.

Go back in the IACV and thoroughly clean out the passages, and then test the following throttle position and coolant temperature sensors, for sticking throttle plate not closing completely and kinked acc. cable/inkages and vacuum leaks

what is the corect idle speed in park. I believe it should be around 900 rpms.

Curb idle speed r/min700 +/- 100 rpm's that's between 600-800-1500rpm is just way too much
