2004 Chrysler Sebring the rpm is not enough

i already change the engine with new water pump, and new oil pump. The engine was around 100000 miles.I changed the crankshaft sensor and the camshaft senser. I already checked the primary timing chain a lot of times!I alredy check with the scaner. When i try to give it more then 2500 rpm the engine does not respond.like if it didnt enough fuel. i alredy checked the fuel pump. and i do not now what else to do
