When my car is cold first thing in the morning, it will not shift into drive. The gear shift moves, but it takes a minute or two of revving the engine to get it to kick into drive. Then sometimes car feels like it kicks back out of drive & loses power after I start driving. This only happens when the car is cold enough to be frosted or iced over, and after it goes into gear, is usually fine for the rest of the day. Any ideas what is causing this? Thank you!
