2002 Chrysler Sebring Noise in stut tower

2002 Chrysler Sebring 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I,ve just replaced the ps side cv axel and every time I drive over the slightest bump the strut springs sound loose. I noticed that on the struts where you attach it with the 4 bolts under the hood, can I tighting or loosen that nut so that the springs can stop rattling.
