2001 Chrysler Sebring Vibration in front end (right) during

I have been noticing over the past couple days a vibration in the right front wheel area when driving. It is mostly evident when decelerating through 40-30 mph, and accelerating from 40-50 mph. I feel it slightly in the seat and steering wheel, but I can also hear it. Almost a humming sound; steady, consistent, even. It doesn't affect steering (no wobble, pull, etc.) and so far it doesn't affect speeding up or slowing down. I think it is either a wheel bearing, shaft bearing, or harmonic balancer, but I don't really know what those all feel like when they are starting to go bad. It started about 4 days ago. It is slightly louder than before, but increase is very gradual. No accidents, potholes, etc. I commute 1 hour to work every day.
