My crank shaft sensor failed and after it was replaced (they had to "drill it out") my "check engin" light came on and will not go away. Its diagnosed as "missing on cylinders 1,3,&5". But the car runs fine (idles a bit rough, but not like its missing on 3 cylinders). I've replaced wires and plugs. What's next?

if the egr valve is sticking a bit open then it would cause one bank to run lean possibly causing a misfire, a vacuum leak could also cause a lean misfire but you usually would also ge a code 171 for lean.
