2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser rear wiper

My rear wiper quit working. I think it might be a fuse but I cannot find any internal fuse panel and none of the fuses under the hood are labeled wipers. The manual is no help either. Can you tell me where the fuse is???

Have you checked under the dash, driver's side? Also, it should be listed in the owner's manual.
