I heard the window make a thump as it fell into the door itself, right after I turned the car on. that window is rarely used. I tried to lift the glass but it appears to be jammed in the door. I can still hear the motor part of the window when I hit the switch to raise the glass but nothing moves. I need to replace the regulator
