2.4L T E Engine runs hot during operation after 15 min. Fan on full, new t-stat, no signs of compression in collant. Oil clear, no steam exhaust. Acts as if the WP is loosing block pressure. IS this common. Any PSI specifications with t-stat open?

cooling system should maintain pressure between 14 - 18 psi

Have you heard of issues with with the WP impeller slipping on the shaft? It's obviously a big job just to check?

The engine ran up to 230+ F in the shop (Stall) with only one or two bubbles in an isolated water bottle (Radiator cap on-vent to atmosphere). I really have a hard time believing the head gasket is causing the WP to cavitate and result in loss of block pressure.

no haven't heard that issue, the most common issue on these is the cooling fans will burn out and cause overheating. haven't had any with that issue before though.
