Earlier this year we bought this PT for our daughter to get to college with apprx 55000 m on it. It is in very good shape and was driven locally. Here lately it has developed an "off-road" tire noise coming from the rear. we tried different pressures to try and eleviate the problem with little success. We just had new tires put on and it helped only slightly. Not sure why this is now starting. They are not the quitest cars to begin with and this is making it much worse. Have not yet tried different pressures and did nit want to with new tires. Does it need weight ih the trunk or is this a common problem?
